Creating Smiles for Families
Who We Are
Welcome to Creating Smiles for Families, a nonprofit organization founded by Isabella Casey, with the collaboration of Liam Duffy; both students at The Benjamin School in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. Inspired by her Colombian heritage, Isabella is passionate about bringing hope and dignity to families in underserved neighborhoods across Colombia and South Florida. We collect and distribute gently used clothing and sporting goods to children and families in need.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support children and adults in Colombia and throughout South Florida by collecting gently used clothing and sports equipment.
Creating Smiles for Families is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization registered in the state of Florida. We partner with trusted nonprofit organizations in Colombia to distribute these donated items on our behalf. Your tax deductible contributions also help us cover essential shipping costs, ensuring that every donation reaches those who need it most.
How you can help
Donations
We gladly accept gently used clothing and sports equipment for children and adults.
Accepted Items:
- Clean, gently used clothing (all sizes)
- Athletic wear and shoes
- Sports equipment (e.g., soccer balls, baseball gloves, tennis rackets)
- School uniforms and backpacks
Items We Cannot Accept:
- Damaged, stained, or heavily worn clothing
- Broken or unsafe sports equipment
- Used undergarments or swimwear
- Items with offensive graphics or language
